Terms of Service for Adaptive Planning Integration Last Updated: 12/30/2025

1. Acceptance of Terms By connecting the Adaptive Planning Integration (the "Application") to your QuickBooks Online environment, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not authorize the Application.

2. Use of the Application This Application is intended strictly for the internal business use of FP&A Consulting. It is designed to facilitate the transfer of financial data between QuickBooks Online and Workday Adaptive Planning.

3. User Responsibilities You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the policies of FP&A Consulting LLC. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials used to authorize this Application.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Application or the data transfer process.

5. Limitation of Liability In no event shall FP&A Consulting LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Application.

6. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of those changes.
